JASON WRIGHT
Founder / CEO
Based in Houston and with more than twenty years of experience, Jason is a highly-experienced executive with a proven track record of delivery and success for US based and international recruitment businesses in the resources sector.
His vast level of experience expands across the Oil and Gas and related Energy sectors including manufacturing, fabrication, EPC small to major capital projects, oilfield services, subsurface exploration and production, petrochemical, utilities, renewables, and chemicals.
Jason has carried out executive level, retained searches for senior management and director level appointments for companies ranging across the upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors of the Oil and Gas industry.
Jason began his career in 1999 working for Aerotek, one the largest staffing organizations in the recruitment industry. He spent most of his ten-year career as a Senior Account Manager focused on growing Aerotek’s market share and footprint across the Houston area.
He was instrumental in implementing and developing their Energy Division which focused on sourcing and recruiting engineering and design professionals. Jason had a desire to grow his experience level and gain a better understanding of the more technical aspects of the Oil and Gas industry and joined a specialty firm called Subsurface Consultants & Associates as their Sales and Recruitment Manager.
SCA specialized on providing training, recruitment, and delivering their own in-house projects and studies related to Geosciences and Petroleum engineering to Operators such as Exxon Mobil, Shell, Chevron, Anadarko, and various others to name a few.
Jason then had the opportunity to join an international recruitment firm called Mentor IMC, based in London, who specializes in the procurement and sourcing of engineering, procurement, and construction engineering professionals across the upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors. Jason opened and managed their only US location in Houston supporting all of North and South America.
After a few years with Mentor IMC and with the industry rebounding from the financial crisis in 2010, Jason joined JacksonSimon to start their Project Services Group. There Jason focused on providing project management and delivery experts to various Oil and Gas Operators supplementing staff augmentation solutions in fulfilling project management teams.
In 2015, with the Oil and Gas industry experiencing one of its worse downturns, Jason joined Energy Resourcing which was wholly owned by engineering giant WorleyParsons, as General Manager and VP of US Operations. Over the next four and a half years, he would grow Energy Resourcing Americas by over $20 million in total annual revenue and over $1 million in EBIT.
There he would lead and implement a national Master Service Provider/Vendor Management System program supporting all of WorleyParsons businesses and subsidiaries across the United States.
Jason holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business and Marketing from Sam Houston State University.

KIM WRIGHT
FOUNDER / VP OF OPERATIONS
Kim Wright is the co-founder of Premier Search Partner. Kim graduated from Sam Houston State University with her degree in Marketing and is a native Houstonian.
She began her recruiting career with TEKsystems in 2001, recruiting information technology and telecommunication professionals. In the first two years of her recruiting career she was voted Recruiter of the Year, and achieved multiple company incentive contests during an economic decline.
Kim’s recruiting experience includes full-cycle recruiting, salary negotiations, interviewing, training, and building interpersonal relationships. Her expertise in recruiting strategies and innovation are essential in placing the appropriate candidates in difficult positions that seem merely impossible. In the last seven years, Kim has focused in areas such as project engineering, petroleum and reservoir engineering, supply chain, EHS, IT, accounting, manufacturing and production supervisor, human resources, maintenance and operations in the oil and gas industry working with operators, EPC’s, manufacturing and service companies.
Kim is very proactive in building her network, knowing her clients, creating opportunities and placing top talent as the needs arise. When Kim is not recruiting, she enjoys cooking, volunteering at her church and kids’ school, and watching her boys play baseball.
